My own story led me to the journey I’m on today.
My Story
I deeply understand the weight of generational trauma. Growing up, I often felt like I wasn’t enough, constantly striving to fit in, succeed, and prove my worth—not just to my parents but also in a culture that often felt unfamiliar. I struggled with anxiety, people-pleasing, and feelings of never being 'good enough.' Those around me couldn’t see my struggles on the outside, but they were ruling my thoughts on a daily basis.
It wasn’t until I became a parent that I began to truly see the layers of my past. The trauma I had inherited showed up in my thoughts, behaviors, and patterns as a mother—causing me to react in ways that didn’t align with the parent I wanted to be. My marriage, too, felt the weight of these triggers, as my emotional walls of unprocessed trauma often prevented me from fully connecting with my husband. I longed for deeper connection but felt stuck in old patterns of self-protection.
As I embarked on my healing journey and uncovered the layers of trauma, I began to see how shame and guilt had quietly shaped my decisions. Recognizing them allowed me to respond with greater awareness—both as a parent and a partner. The process was both eye-opening and challenging, pushing me to confront parts of myself I had long overlooked. But through hard work came deep transformation. Now, I see my future with clarity, hope, and a sense of freedom I never thought possible.
This Work Matters to Me
This work is deeply personal to me, fueling my passion to help women understand how their past shapes their present. I know how unresolved experiences can quietly influence our choices, relationships, and sense of self. Every woman deserves to feel whole and supported.
I didn’t know healing like this was possible until I started searching for answers. I discovered powerful methods that transformed how I felt in my body and in my life. Each approach—EMDR, Somatics, Parts Work—played a vital role in my healing journey. Experiencing this firsthand made me realize my purpose: to offer the same hope and transformation to other women who feel stuck in their pain, just as I once did.
It’s a privilege to hold space for women on this path—to offer support, safety, and the reminder that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

Who I Am Beyond the Work
Raised in East Tennessee and born to Greek immigrant parents, I come from a big and loud family—so it’s no surprise that connection and community are at the heart of everything I love. As a mom of three boys, life keeps me on my toes—but I'm learning to embrace the art of controlled chaos! I’m a lifelong learner, always curious and eager to explore new things—whether it’s the latest self-help book, trying out new recipes, or finding a way to work out with minimal effort. The outdoors is my happy place—I love camping, skiing, and immersing myself in nature. I’m most at peace unwinding with a good book by the lake or ocean. At just 5 feet tall, I may be small, but I make up for it with determination, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.
