I’m Dina Beelaert, a trauma-informed coach dedicated to helping women feel at home in their mind and body. My mission is to create a space where women can release limiting beliefs—such as self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing—that can negatively impact their lives and disconnect them from who they truly are.
I specialize in generational trauma, guiding women to understand how inherited patterns and past experiences have shaped their inner world. Through this work, I support women in letting go of old coping strategies and stepping into a life where their body feels safe, their voice is heard, and their choices are their own.

What is Generational Trauma?
Generational trauma refers to the unhealed emotional wounds passed down from one generation to the next—often without our awareness. From a young age, our nervous system begins working to protect us, learning how to stay safe based on lived experiences. When we grow up feeling unseen, unsafe, or needing to earn love, the nervous system adapts. Over time, our choices may be shaped by unresolved family pain, cultural experiences, and past hardships. As a result, we inherit patterns and beliefs that influence how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. These responses aren’t flaws—they’re survival strategies.
